Media Training
The Camera is Rolling. Are you?
At Positive Communications we are media experts who can help you prepare for print, broadcast, and webcast media. All training sessions are customized. We start with an assessment of your strengths and weaknesses and build the training to suit your needs. Media training will teach you how to:
- Get your message across and frame news coverage
- Control the interview process
- Field questions and deflect the negative ones
- Use sound bites strategically
- Look good on television and the Internet
Conquering the Camera
We demonstrate on-camera delivery technique including body language, eye contact, and vocal control and provide pointers on live in-studio appearances. All training sessions include on-camera practice of live, edited, satellite and webcast interviews. You will receive individual instruction and feedback.
Whatever the format – press conference, live television, webcast, media tour, print interview, radio call-ins, satellite or telephone interviews – we have the experience, the tools, and the techniques that can make it a positive experience.
"We can help when you are preparing a long-term media outreach campaign or when CNN wants you on tomorrow," Positive Communications Founder Christine Jahnke.
