The PowerPoint Malfunctions?

It is imperative to plan for technical glitches in advance.  Ah, Murphy’s Law.  If it can go wrong, it will go wrong.  There is nothing worse than a computer snafu that prevents you from showing the PowerPoint presentation you labored over before the big client meeting.

There will be no need to panic if you have Plan B in your back pocket.  A hard copy of the speech outline allows you to get through the talk.  And, hard copies of the PPT slides distributed to the audience ensure they get the pertinent information.

You will be disappointed that the talk didn’t go as you had originally planned.  But, the audience members won’t know what they missed.  Plan B ensures that you avoid becoming flustered and the audience will be impressed.
